Manuscript Submission Guidelines

All manuscripts must be submitted through the online submission system of EDUCAN: Jurnal Pendidikan  Islam via the journal's OJS website. Authors are required to follow the procedures below to ensure that their manuscripts are submitted correctly.

1. Author Registration

Authors who do not yet have an account must register through the journal's website. During registration, please ensure that the Author role is selected. Authors may also select the Reviewer role if applicable.

2. Login and Start a New Submission

After completing registration, log in to the journal's OJS system using your account credentials. Select the New Submission option to begin the manuscript submission process.

3. Start the Submission

Select the appropriate journal section, such as Full Article, if applicable. Read and confirm all submission requirements and check the required checkboxes before proceeding to the next stage.

4. Upload Submission

Upload the manuscript in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Ensure that the manuscript complies with the journal's Author Guidelines and does not contain information that could compromise the double-blind peer-review process, where applicable.

5. Enter Metadata

Complete all required submission metadata accurately, including the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, author names, institutional affiliations, and other requested information. Ensure that the information entered into OJS corresponds to the submitted manuscript.

6. Upload Supplementary Files

Upload supplementary files when required or relevant to the submission. These may include research data, supporting documents, ethical approval documents, author declarations, or other files requested by the journal. Please ensure that each file is uploaded under the appropriate file category.

7. Confirmation

Review all submission information and uploaded files carefully. If all information is correct, click Finish Submission or the corresponding confirmation button displayed by the OJS system to complete the submission process.

Authors should monitor their OJS accounts and registered email addresses for notifications regarding the status of their submissions.
